Equipped with the utmost premium components the action of the SVF nanoplus blanks has been precisely matched to the requirements of modern fishing for perch, zander and pike. The Perch and Zander Attack models with 7-32g (Perch) or 14-56g (Zander) casting weight are extremely fast, feature a stiff tip and transmit the attacks of predators perfectly to the handle section. Shads can be presented and accelerated in a highly accurate way. These rods are also perfectly suited for fishing with hardbaits. Twitchbaits and plugs can be casted to long distances and presented in an aggressive way. The action of the Pike Attack rod with 18-64g casting weight is well suited for classic shad fishing but also does a superb job at steady retrieve fishing with soft plastic lures, medium swimbaits and plugs. At strain this rod displays a soft parabolic at the backbone – perfect when powerful flights have to be absorbed during the fight with big fishes. Thanks to the application of an improved BIAS carbon fiber material the V-Joint Alpha spigot joint connection has been designed even thinner, resulting in a stability increase of up to 10% and a further improved bending curve due to the material saving.

NANOPLUS | Technology
At our Nanoplus technology the resin material first is enriched with a nanoalloy compound and then is used for connecting the single carbon fibers, thus enabling the design of very lightweight and robust blanks.
SVF® CARBON FIBER | Blank Material
Due to the further reduced resin share at the SVF carbon fiber, the resulting rods are even more sensitive and lighter then HVF carbon fiber rods. Blanks made of SVF carbon fiber are extremely fast and instantly transmit contact with the bottom or fishes and perfectly display the lure action. Torque during and after the casts is almost completely eliminated – contributing to more accurate casts. SVF carbon fiber also is exclusively processes in DAIWA rod factories.
X45® CARBON FIBER | Blank Wrapping
Special carbon fiber material for the improvement of the torsion-resistance. Conventional carbon fibers are always layered in a 90° angle - the new X45 material features a 45° angle and is combined with 0° and 90° layered carbon fibers. This construction makes the rods stronger and more distortion-proof.
Despite the increased distortion-proofness the flexibility is maintained. This implies that X45 rods are not only stronger and cast more precisely, but also support the angler at the presentation of delicate lures and at ending the fight with the fish safely.
V-JOINT® α | Spigot Joint
For the V-Joint Alpha spigot joint, exclusive DAIWA BIAS carbon fiber material is combined with the Nanoplus technology. The carbon fiber nano particles within the material increase its stability and reduce its weight. The spigot joint thus can be dimensioned even slimmer.
