With the Tatula XT rods DAIWA offers a specialty rod series that is specifically designed for fishing with very lightweight to medium soft- and hardbaits. Developed and tested with our experts from DAIWA Japan the Tatula XT series even is available globally featuring specific lineups.
Equipped with premium Fuji components and exclusive rod manufacturing technologies like HVF carbon fiber and the X45 design, the Tatula XT rods are hard to surpass regarding price-performance ratio.
The Spin models with Fuji VSS reel seat are perfectly suited for targeting perch and zander with smallest creature baits, mini plugs and shads. The quick-response blank perfectly loads during the cast and transmits bites, bottom contact and lure action instantly to the angler.
The model with a casting weight of up to 21g allows also the use of heavier jigheads, small chatterbaits or deep running crankbaits.
The rod with art. no. 11508-195 features a spliced-in solid carbon fiber tip that guarantees a simply perfect casting performance even with low casting weights.

The baitcast models with casting weights up to 42g are perfectly suited for hunting zanders and pikes with softlures, chatterbaits as well as crankbaits and stickbaits. The blank with power backbone has been designed for application from the boat and in challenging terrain. As part of that, Since long years Daiwa has continued to clean up trashes at fishing sites and environments with peoples as part of our ThinkClean activities.
In October 2009, this "Think Clean" activity was renamed and streamlined by "BE EARTH-FRIENDLY" and we do not only clean up fishing environments, but also support the activities of the Daiwa Young Fishing Club (Daiwa Young Fishermen's Club) in Japan.
In addition to cleaning up fishing grounds, the company has also been involved in activities to convey the importance of the natural environment to children through schools such as the Daiwa Young Fishing Club (DYFC) and the development of environmentally friendly products.
