With a closed length of only 66cm the four-sectioned models of the Sealine Pilk series perfectly fit into the luggage.
Thanks to the use of spigot ferrules the HMC+ blanks are very slim and especially lightweight at the same time. Additionally, the Sealine Travel Pilk rods display a bending curve, that is hard to distinguish from a two-sectioned rod.
With a total length of 2.40m and castings weights of 200g or 300g these rods cover the most important fields of application for fishing with pirks or with large shads for cod, coalfish, pollack or light fishing for halibuts.
Equipped with rubber gimbal butt cap for a safe storage in the boat rod holder.

Made of high-modulus carbon fiber these rods are equipped with innovative components and feature a great handling experience.
The X-pattern shrinktube handle section cares for a perfect grip and can be easily cleaned if required. The EVA upper handle section has been choosen somewhat shorter and is directly mounted to the blank via a shrinktube. This arrangement allows optimal control during the fight with large sea predators. The tip action of the Sealine rods absorb headbutts and flights of hooked fishes perfectly while the stiff backbone offers enough power to control also large specimen during the fight.
The reel seat from the Seaguide Alien concept is especially pleasant to grab due to its broad and closed shape and allows fatigue-free fishing for a long time. The saltwater-resistant Seaguide guides with Zirconia inlays easily withstand the extreme conditions at sea fishing and allow the use of both fixed spool and multiplier reels.

HMC+ CARBON FIBER | Blank Material
Rod blanks made of "High Modulus Carbon +" are made of high module carbon fibers with elevated density. As a consequence, HMC+ blanks contain only a reduced resin amount compared to conventional Pre Preg carbon fibers. HMC+ therefore represents a quality level prior to the exclusive HVF carbon fibers. Rods made of this exquisite carbon fiber material are faster, more lightweight and better balanced than rods made of standard materials with high resin amount or composite blanks mixed of carbon and glass fiber.
