The Prorex S series offers a comprehensive range of special rods for spin fishing.
The slim and stiff HVF carbon fiber blanks display an impressive casting performance and are pleasant to handle. The HVF material, exclusively used by DAIWA, is characterized by a very low resin content, allowing the design of lighter and faster rods. The cork/EVA handle forms a perfect unit with the ergonomically shaped reel seat and considerably contributes to the convenient handling of these rods.
Premium Seaguide guides with slim Zirconia inlays save weight and promote the fast responses of the Prorex S rods. The blanks instantly resile into their starting position after the cast, which allows extremely long and accurate casts!

The Extra-Fast models of the Prorex S series feature casting weights of 60g or 90g and are designed for the use with large or very deep-running hardbaits. They also can be applied perfectly for aggressive jigging of heavy soft plastic shads.
The power backbone combined with the distinct tip action in the upper blank section allows to present even heavy lures over large distances and is of great advantage when fighting heavy predators. These rods are also perfectly suited for applying medium and large chatterbaits at fishing for pike!

HVF® CARBON FIBER | Blank Material
This premium high module "High Volume Fiber" material has been developed by DAIWA and is exclusively processed in our own rod factories. The very slim carbon fibers allow the manufacturing of extra-compact blanks with low resin content. The resulting rods are extremely lightweight, feature a fast action and are better balanced than rods of conventional carbon fiber blanks.
